3. User Accounts

• One account per person is allowed

5. WebhookService Usage

5.1 API Usage

• API keys are provided for legitimate use only
• You must keep your API keys secure and confidential
• You may not share API keys with unauthorized parties

5.2 Ban Management

• Bans must be issued for legitimate moderation reasons
• You are responsible for the accuracy of ban information
